You will keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks. Requirements: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
