Immediate opening: we are hiring a brick mason in Saint Johns County, Florida. The job is at a residential building site. What we are looking for: • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks Your main tasks: • Forming arches, piers and reveals around openings • Brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go • Building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation • Pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints • Bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters Full-time, day shift.
