Waterproofing applicator wanted in Branch County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in Branch County, Michigan. On a typical shift you will spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness; seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant; fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors; torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations; lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding; fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters. What we are looking for: • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges Full-time with occasional weekends.
