Steel fixer — Fakai

Immediate opening: we are hiring a steel fixer in Fakai, Kebbi State. You will be based at a high-rise construction project. You should have: • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates Your main tasks: • Check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour • Lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors • Assemble column and beam cages on the bench • Lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman • Tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers • Form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
