Great opportunity: pot washer (Louisiana)

Join our team: we are hiring a pot washer in Saint Martin Parish, Louisiana. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. On a typical shift you will help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Full-time, day shift.
