We are recruiting: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Marquette County, Wisconsin. The role involves: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch What we are looking for: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. $24 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
