Great opportunity: we are hiring a commis chef in Borough of Halton, England. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. The role involves check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down. Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
