Ideal candidate: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat The role involves: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks 6+ years on the tools preferred.
