Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bodyshop painter in Ontonagon County, Michigan. The job is at a busy body shop. You will set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio. What we are looking for: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
