You should have: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Day-to-day duties: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Score the top of loaves before baking Pay around $29 per hour, based on your experience.
