Join our team: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Louisa County, Iowa. On the job you will handle: • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading Ideal candidate: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates 1+ years on the tools preferred.
