Now hiring: we are hiring a painter and decorator in Ouachita County, Arkansas. You will be based in a paint and spray workshop. The role involves apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller; work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers; spray emulsion and enamel using HVLP and airless spray guns; lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture; fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers • Able to mix and colour-match paints accurately Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
