Great opportunity: chef de partie (South Carolina)

Now hiring: we are hiring a chef de partie in Pickens County, South Carolina. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. The role involves follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in. What we are looking for: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $4,700 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
