We are recruiting: we are hiring a baker in Hayes County, Nebraska. You will be based at a cake shop. Requirements: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Food handler / hygiene certificate On the job you will handle: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
