Concrete labourer wanted in Newport

Join our team: we are hiring a concrete labourer in Newport, Wales. You will be based on a building construction site. You should have: • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage Day-to-day duties: • Backfill and ram down soil around the foundations • Pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator • Load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate • Erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up • Hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. £18 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
