Cnc turning machinist • Essex County, Massachusetts

We are recruiting: we are hiring a cnc turning machinist in Essex County, Massachusetts. The job is at a busy machine shop. The role involves measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers; change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear; watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes; write and edit G-code programs at the control. What we are looking for: • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
