Join our team: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Watauga County, North Carolina. You will work in a catering unit. The role involves: • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations You should have: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards 6+ years on the tools preferred.
