Great opportunity: we are hiring a press operator in Lapeer County, Michigan. You will be based at an auto components factory. On a typical shift you will fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting; watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts; set up and change stamping dies and tooling; apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean. Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
