The role involves: • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature You should have: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Rotating shifts.
