Day-to-day duties: • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings • Select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight • Carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle Ideal candidate: • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams Full-time, day shift.
