Safety marshal wanted in McPherson County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a safety marshal in McPherson County, Nebraska. The role involves inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height; check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements; deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors; run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry; verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates. Ideal candidate: • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
