Plant operator • Pasquotank County, North Carolina

We are recruiting: we are hiring a plant operator in Pasquotank County, North Carolina. You will be based in a CNC machine shop. Requirements: • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage Day-to-day duties: • Record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature • Follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine • Monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. $3,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
