Dough maker • Kaura Namoda, Zamfara State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dough maker in Kaura Namoda, Zamfara State. You will work at a café with an on-site bakery. You will shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter. You should have: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Pay around ₦80,000 per month, based on your experience. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
