Immediate opening: we are hiring a site carpenter in Hyde County, South Dakota. The job is on a busy construction site. Day to day you will glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together; lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring; erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours; cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet. Ideal candidate: • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends.
