Vacancy available: we are hiring a crane rigger in Richland County, Ohio. The job is on an offshore oil and gas platform. Day to day you will take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings; tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear; fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads; attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks. Ideal candidate: • Confident with standard crane hand signals • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
