Insulation worker • Gove County, Kansas

Now hiring: we are hiring an insulation worker in Gove County, Kansas. You will be based on a construction site. Day to day you will install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations; measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings; install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape; wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding; seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant; apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling. Requirements: • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Willing to travel between sites At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
