Vacancy available: we are hiring an uPVC door and window fabricator in Kalkaska County, Michigan. On a typical shift you will insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it; fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam; clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash; cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame. You should have: • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. $2,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
