Immediate opening: we are hiring a GMAW welder in Clay County, Missouri. Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings On the job you will handle: • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding $5,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
