We are recruiting: we are hiring a semi-automatic welder in Adair County, Kentucky. The job is at a pipe and tank fabrication yard. You should have: • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances • ITI in welder trade or equivalent Your main tasks: • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead We offer $5,500 per month plus benefits.
