Gypsum plasterer wanted in Allegan County

Join our team: we are hiring a gypsum plasterer in Allegan County, Michigan. The job is in a refurbishment property. Day to day you will set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work; apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork; dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming; float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge; tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler; apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat. What we are looking for: • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • CSCS card or willing to obtain one • Willing to work on both new build and refurbishment sites Rotating shifts.
