Articulated lorry driver • White County, Illinois

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an articulated lorry driver in White County, Illinois. The job is on long-haul routes across the country. Your main tasks: • Couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock • Keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load • Complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery • Operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading • Report defects and book the unit in for servicing • Top up AdBlue and refuel at scheduled stops Requirements: • Minimum 2 years' long-haul experience • Clean driving record with no recent endorsements • Current Driver CPC qualification card 2+ years on the tools preferred.
