You should have: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods The role involves mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss.
