Body shop technician • Union County, Arkansas

Vacancy available: we are hiring a body shop technician in Union County, Arkansas. You will work at an accident repair garage. Ideal candidate: • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling You will buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers; mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $31 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
