Requirements: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies On a typical shift you will prepare the mise en place before each service; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
