Vacancy available: we are hiring a captain waiter in Wyoming County, New York. On the job you will handle: • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Clear and reset tables between covers • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager Ideal candidate: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change We offer $24 per hour plus benefits.
