Head baker — Union Parish

Join our team: we are hiring a head baker in Union Parish, Louisiana. You will be based at a busy bakery. Requirements: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Day-to-day duties: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter Full-time, day shift.
