Now hiring: powder coating operator (Kentucky)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Monroe County, Kentucky. You will work on an industrial coating line. You should have: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process On a typical shift you will stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow. At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
