Now hiring: we are hiring an occupational health and safety officer in Ozaukee County, Wisconsin. You will work in a chemical processing unit. On a typical shift you will ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site; deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors; conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task; stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action; update the risk register and method statements (RAMS); carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements We offer $3,900 per month plus benefits.
