Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Casey County, Kentucky. The role involves: • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room What we are looking for: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) 2+ years on the tools preferred.
