Captain waiter • Isabella County, Michigan

Vacancy available: we are hiring a captain waiter in Isabella County, Michigan. You will work at a beach resort. You will punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table. Ideal candidate: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service 2+ years on the tools preferred. $240 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
