Lift technician • King and Queen County, Virginia

We are recruiting: we are hiring a lift technician in King and Queen County, Virginia. You will be based in a hospital with heavy lift traffic. Ideal candidate: • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate On a typical shift you will top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts; test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake; respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables; fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments.
