Plant operator (dozer) — Marion County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a plant operator (dozer) in Marion County, West Virginia. You will work at a busy earthworks site. Requirements: • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain The role involves grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms; clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin; follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels; carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Pay around $5,300 per month, based on your experience. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
