Ideal candidate: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Day-to-day duties: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
