Plant operator • Marin County, California

Great opportunity: we are hiring a plant operator in Marin County, California. The role involves: • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station • Load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper • Monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing • Top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels What we are looking for: • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings Performance bonus on top of base pay.
