Fabricator-welder • Itu, Akwa Ibom State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Itu, Akwa Ibom State. You will be based at an automotive body and exhaust shop. The role involves read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing; back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise; TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer; keep the arc length and travel speed consistent. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
