Requirements: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Willing to work shifts and overtime • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting The role involves pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse.
