Ironing operator • Carroll County, New Hampshire

We are recruiting: we are hiring an ironing operator in Carroll County, New Hampshire. On the job you will handle: • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments • Sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching • Hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
