Ideal candidate: • A good eye for tread wear and sidewall damage • Knowledge of correct torque settings and TPMS resets The role involves fit new tyres onto rims and seat the bead correctly; check tread depth with a depth gauge and spot uneven wear; vulcanize larger cuts on commercial tyres; log fitments and advise customers on tyre wear and replacement; torque the wheel nuts to spec with a torque wrench; demount worn tyres from rims using a tyre changer machine.
