Now hiring: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in Lauderdale County, Tennessee. You will work at a dealership paint shop. You will mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish. Requirements: • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners 3+ years on the tools preferred. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
