Join our team: we are hiring a powder coater in Clayton County, Iowa. You will work on an industrial coating line. You will degrease and clean metal parts before coating; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts.
